City of Show Low Project No. S-3025

The City of Show Low is extending an invitation for bids for the Sunken Manhole Repair 2024 Project, City of Show Low Project No. S-3025 in the City of Show Low. The Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, excavating the settled material around the existing manhole and replacing with slurry backfill, replacing any asphalt or concrete and reset the ring and collar.  The work includes all required labor, material, incidentals, transportation, traffic control, and services required for the project to complete a usable and operable facility in accordance with all pertinent codes and regulations as necessary to complete the job in a workmanlike manner as shown on the Construction and Bid Documents. This work shall take place citywide at various locations within the City of Show Low, Arizona, 85901.

Sealed Bids will be received by Shane Hemesath, City Engineer, City of Show Low, 180 N. 9th Street, Show Low, AZ 85901 until Wednesday November 6th, at 2:00 P.M., with a Public Bid Opening immediately following.  The City of Show Low reserves the right to modify the Scope of Work and to reject any and all bids not deemed in the best interest of the City.  A Mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on ThursdayOctober 24th at 2:00 P.M. at the City Hall, Deuce of Clubs Conference Room, 180 N. 9th Street, Show Low, AZ.

Sealed Bids

Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope.  The outside lower right-hand corner of the envelope shall be marked:
