The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, transportation, quality control and supplies necessary (except those identified as government-supplied) to satisfactorily perform the janitorial/custodial services to acceptable standards. It is intended that the services will include, whether specifically listed or not, all functions normally considered a part of commercial janitorial/custodial work.
