S25-1 Sewer System Rehabilitation - Year 12

Sealed bids for construction of Sewer System Rehabilitation – Year 12, Contract S25-1 for the Town of Braintree, Massachusetts will be received at the Braintree Water & Sewer Department, 85 Quincy Avenue, Braintree, Massachusetts 02184 until 11:00 AM prevailing time, on Thursday, January 15, 2026 at which time and place said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids submitted after this time will not be accepted.

Bid deposits, performance bonds, permits, and payment bonds are required. Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Laws apply to all services. The Town of Braintree retains the right to waive any informality or reject all proposals or any portion thereof which such action is deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Braintree in doing so. The Town of Braintree is an affirmative action/equal employment purchaser.
