Sale of 3 Community Development Properties Bid #S2025-01

until December 13, 2024, at 3:00 P.M. at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Properties to be sold are all located within St. Joseph at the following addresses: 1521 Beattie, 1203 Sycamore Street, and 414 Birch.

Copies of specifications may be obtained on the City’s website at www.stjosephmo.gov under Government/Bids & RFPs, at the Purchasing Department, 1100 Frederick Avenue, Room 201, St. Joseph, Missouri, or by calling (816) 271-5330.
