Project Description: The Philadelphia Regional Port Authority (PhilaPort) invites interested parties (Offerors) to submit proposals for On-Call Engineering Services. PhilaPort seeks to engage qualified engineering consulting firms (Consultants) to provide general engineering services for the disciplines identified within this RFQ. PhilaPort intends to award multiple contracts for each discipline to maximize the pool of consulting firms available.
