Description
Base Bid: The addition of two maintenance bays and a storage area to the west end of an existing maintenance building. Site work includes regrading, exterior concrete stoops, crushed rock surfacing, site sanitary, and site lighting. Structural/architectural work includes concrete foundations, slab-on-grade concrete, insulated precast wall panels, metal bar joist/metal decking roofing structure, rigid insulation / single ply membrane roofing, hollow metal doors and frames, sectional doors, translucent panel windows, epoxy flooring, painting, and signage. Mechanical/plumbing work includes oil-water separator, water lines, extend compressed air and grease lines from existing building, under slab radiant heating with boiler, MAU with ductwork, vehicle exhaust system, and exhaust fans. Electrical work includes extending electrical service, panels, and receptacles from existing building, new lighting, extending fire alarm system from existing building, and extending communication system from existing building.
