Project Description: The Philadelphia Regional Port Authority (PhilaPort) invites interested parties (Offerors) to submit proposals for outside legal counsel services. PhilaPort seeks to engage qualified law firms and attorneys (Counsel) to represent PhilaPort in legal matters encompassing a variety of practice areas. PhilaPort intends to award multiple contracts. The actual number of contracts will be determined based on the quality of submissions and at PhilaPort’s sole discretion in alignment with its best interests.
