PERTINENT PROJECT INFORMATION
The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, travel, supervision, equipment, supplies and coordination. Contractor is to pick-up soiled linens which shall include bath towels, washcloths, shower curtains, sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, pillow shams, blankets, comforters, mattress pads, and pillows between the hours of 11:00 am and 3:00 pm two days per week (days are negotiable) and to deliver clean linens. Estimated monthly weight is 1,200 pounds.
This is a Firm Fixed Price contract with a five (5) year period of performance.
Place of Performance/Delivery: WBJ Dorn VAMC, Columbia, SC
Period of Performance/Delivery Date: December 2, 2024 through December 1, 2025 with an additional four optional years of performance.
