The Northern Indiana Healthcare System (NIHCS), Jackie Walorski VA Clinic (JWC) located at 1540 Trinity Place, Mishawaka, IN 46545 is soliciting and intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for Janitorial Services. The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, equipment, supplies, chemicals, etc. to ensure that the site is cleaned in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) at the Jackie Walorski VA Clinic.
This procurement has been 100% set-aside for award to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. Offers from other than SDVOSBs concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. Anticipated award date is June 15, 2026, for a base period plus four (4) one (1) year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. Anticipated period of performance (POP) is November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2027. No telephone requests will be accepted. Solicitation packages will be available on or about April 10, 2026. Electronic solicitations may be obtained at no cost from the following URL: www.SAM.gov.
Quotations are due no later than 12:00 p.m. (EDT) on May 11, 2026, by email to Courtney.Seevers@va.gov. NAICS 561210 applies. Size standard of $47 Million.
