S2184 Jett Ferry Spalding Drive Sidewalk Construction

Project Description: The City of Sandy Springs is seeking bids from a Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) pre-qualified prime contractor to perform sidewalk improvements along Jett Ferry Road and Spalding Drive (Project S2184). This TSPLOST-funded infrastructure project involves installation of new sidewalk, reconstruction of driveway transitions, drainage and retaining wall improvements, and pedestrian safety upgrades. The contractor must maintain two-way vehicular traffic and access throughout construction, comply with all GDOT Standard Specifications (and the contract “Special Provisions”), and perform at least 51% of the work directly. Funding is provided through the Sandy Springs TSPLOST program, and all applicable federal, state, and local procurement and construction requirements apply.
