The Salem District Office has a requirement to have a vendor provide a Janitorial Services for Yaquina Head Outstanding Natural Area (YHONA) Interpretive Center, Located at 750 NW Lighthouse Dr., Newport, OR 97365. This procurement is anticipated to be a Small Business set-aside. The NAICS code is 561720 Janitorial Services. The size standard is $22 Million. The anticipated contract type will be a firm fixed-price. The Request for Quotation No. 140L4325Q0004, using the principles of FAR 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be posted to SAM.gov on or about December 19th, 2024.
