NOTICE: The National Cemetery Administration (NCA) s Intends to Sole Source to a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concern (Native Contractors, Inc.; SAM UEI #CVHHMTMPDAE9) for (90) day Grounds Maintenance Services contract periods effective December 16, 2024 through March 15, 2025, classified under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code: 561730, Landscaping Services) This is a commercial services contract for the Beverly National Cemetery. __________________________________________________________________
The Beverly National Cemetery, located at 916 Bridgeboro Road, Beverly, NJ 08010, has an immediate need for complete Grounds Maintenance services that are performed in a manner that will maintain healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance throughout and in accordance with national cemetery and shrine standards.

Services include but are not limited to: mowing & removal of debris/grass clipping, trim/edge, sweeping and/or blowing off roads & walkways, trash, debris, leaf & fall leaf removal, snow & ice removal, raise & lower US flag, and vertebrate pest control.
The agency intends for the work to commence on December 16, 2024. The proposed contract action is for ninety (90) days of services which the Government intends to solicit from only one source in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-5(Authorized or required by statute FAR 6.302-5) and FAR 12.6 (Streamlined procedures for evaluation and solicitation for commercial items) and Veterans Administration Acquisition Regulations (VAAR) 819.7007(Sole Source Awards to a Verified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business).
This is not a request for competitive solicitation responses but interested Offerors and responsible Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses or Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSBs/VOSBs), may identify an interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a response to the solicitation.
All solicitation responses must be received by 12:00PM (Eastern) December 12, 2024 and will be considered by the Government.
A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
