The Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System is seeking preferably Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, or Small Businesses (but will accept other than small business for market research purposes), capable of providing floor mats services, to include pickup/delivery for the Biloxi, MS campus and the Mobile Outpatient Clinic, AL.
