10 S Brentwood - Front Door Replacement

INVITATION FOR BIDS

Sealed bids for the 10 S Brentwood Blvd - Front Door Replacement will be received by the City of Clayton, Finance Department, 10 N. Bemiston Avenue, Clayton, MO  63105-3397, until 2:30 P.M. CST, on January 3, 2025.  The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:35 P.M. CST, on January 3, 2025 in City Hall Council Chambers, 2 ^nd floor, 10 N. Bemiston Avenue, Clayton, MO  63105.

The Scope of Work consists of the replacing the two existing, exterior wooden doors on the western elevation of the 10 S Brentwood Boulevard facility that houses the City of Clayton Police Department and City Courts.  Replacement includes removal of existing doors and hardware; maintaining facility security; provide and install replacement 1 - ¾” solid Mahogany doors; and coordinate installation with Owners low-voltage contractor.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on November 21, 2024 at 9:30 AM in the 1 ^st floor lobby, Police Station Main Lobby, 1st floor, 10 S. Brentwood Boulevard, Clayton, MO  63105.  Attendance is strongly encouraged to be considered for this project.

The City reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to waive any irregularities in the best interest of the City.
