10 S Brentwood Blvd - Exterior Signage Project

INVITATION FOR BIDS

Sealed bids for the 10 S Brentwood Blvd - Exterior Signage Project will be received by the City of Clayton, Finance Department, 10 N. Bemiston Avenue, Clayton, MO  63105-3397, until 2:30 P.M. CST, on March 23, 2026.  The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:35 P.M. CST, on March 23, 2026 in City Hall Council Chambers, 2 ^nd floor, 10 N. Bemiston Avenue, Clayton, MO  63105.

The Scope of Work consists of providing design, fabrication, and installation services for a municipal sign located at 10 S. Brentwood Blvd. The purpose of the sign is to provide clear wayfinding and identification for the Clayton Police Department and Clayton Municipal Court while maintaining a professional, durable, and aesthetically consistent appearance aligned with municipal standards.

Bid packages will be available February 27, 2026 for view and download by visiting www.claytonmo.gov/vendors .

A pre-bid meeting will be held on March 9, 2026 at 9:30 AM in the 1 ^st floor lobby, 10 S Brentwood Main Lobby, 1st floor, 10 S. Brentwood Boulevard, Clayton, MO  63105.  Attendance is strongly encouraged to be considered for this project.

The City reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to waive any irregularities in the best interest of the City.
