Amendment 1 is issued to schedule site visit for 10am EDT 7/14/2026, meet at 4721 Leatherwood Road, Oneida TN 37841. (East Rim Maintenance Shop). Park needs additional time to post Q&A; Proposal due date is extended to 7/23/2026 at 5pm EDT.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This project is for Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area - Cyclic Clearing of Leatherwood Road Corridor, Scott County, TN.

This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01.
This proposed acquisition will be 100% small business set-aside procurement.

TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Price

Period of Performance 60 days after NTP
