The Bidder shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of this project as follows:
Concrete construction work to replace sidewalks, yardwalks, curbing, and drive approaches for residents per their request. The work will take place all around the City. The cost of the work is shared between the homeowner(s) and the City at 50%- 50%. Restoration of areas including parkstrips and lawns will be done with topsoil, grass seed, and straw. All concrete work will be done to ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) accessibility guidelines. |
