Overview

Summary

The City of Norfolk (“City”), acting as the administrative and fiscal agent for the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) Norfolk Transitional Grant Area (“TGA”) is seeking qualified providers of referral support services for eligible individuals as determined by the Greater Hampton Roads HIV Health Services Planning Council (“Council”).

The City is seeking additional qualified providers of referral support services. If you have already been awarded a contract under a previous RFP for Ryan White Health and Support Care Services and you provide referral services, you do not need to submit another proposal.
