The Roanoke Valley Resource Authority (AUTHORITY) invites sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete asphalt paving, roadway tie-ins, speed bump installation, and pavement repairs at the inbound and outbound truck scales located at the Smith Gap Landfill. Exhibits with dimensioned aerial diagrams will be included to define project boundaries, repair areas, and all required work.Inquiries concerning this request should be directed to: Jeremy Garrett, Director of Operations-Technical Services, via email at jgarrett@rvra.net.
