2025 Ruth Bennett Homes Unit Renovations

Project Description: The Chester Housing Authority is performing unit renovations to Building 136 and Building 145 within the Ruth Bennett Homes at 1350 W. 9th Street, Chester, PA 19013. The awarded Contractor/s will be a subcontractor for Domus Inc., who has been contracted by the Chester Housing Authority to complete the unit renovations. Bids will be evaluated based on subcontractor qualifications (as outlined in Section R of the Required Bid Submission Documents) and cost proposals. Contractors shall bid all line items relevant to their discipline. Domus Inc. is serving as the General Contractor for this project and is responsible for coordinating all subcontractor work on this project. The Base Bid includes complete unit renovations for 17 units. There are six (6) Alternate Bids which would add up to 60 additional units.
