The City of Travelers Rest, South Carolina is soliciting qualifications from experienced artists, fabricators, sculptors, design-build teams, and qualified contractors for the design, fabrication, and installation of a rustic metal American flag sculpture to be located within the Dicey Langston Heritage Garden at Spring Park in downtown Travelers Rest. The sculpture will serve as a complementary artistic element adjacent to the Charters of Freedom installation currently under construction.
