Russell Road Water Main Project


Sealed Bids will be received by the City of Tecumseh at Tecumseh City Hall, 309 East Chicago Boulevard, Tecumseh, MI, 49286 up to 2:00 p.m., prevailing local time, on December 9, 2025, and then publicly opened and read aloud for the construction of Contract 200-22034-24001.

The Work includes the installation of 2,580 LF of new 12-in watermain, including a 675-LF horizontal directional drill under the River Raisin. The work is located along Russell Road, just off the northern edge of pavement, between Mill Highway and Rodgers Highway.
