The City of Winston-Salem desires to make improvements to the Rupert Bell Baseball Field, located at 1501 Mt. Zion Place, Winston-Salem, NC 27101. The improvements include the installation of a new irrigation system, to cover the playing diamond, infield, and outfield. The ballfield consists of approximately 40,000 - 50,000 square feet, including appx. 6,000 square feet of diamond skin.Â
