Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 PM, MAY 07, 2026, and then publicly opened and read at the Town of Prentiss

City Hall for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete the following

project: Runway & Taxiway Apron Rehabilitation AIP# 3-28-0062-022-2026. Bidders who wish to submit bids

electronically in lieu of a sealed bid may submit their bid through www.dunganeng.com.

All documents required for bidding purposes may be obtained from Dungan Engineering, P.A., 1574 Highway 98

East, Columbia, Mississippi 39429, (601) 731-2600, www.dunganeng.com. Documents are non-refundable and must

be purchased through the website to be on the official plan holders list. For questions regarding website accessibility

or obtaining bid documents, please contact Plan House at 662-407-0193. A copy of the Contract Drawings and

Documents may be examined at the office of Dungan Engineering, P.A., 1574 Highway 98 East, Columbia,

Mississippi 39429.

Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid guaranty in the amount of five (5) percent of the total amount of the

bid. The bid guaranty may be by certified check or bid bond made payable to

Town of Prentiss.

Bids may be held by the Town of Prentiss for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the bid opening for the

purpose of evaluating bids prior to award of contract.

Contract award will be contingent on receiving project funding approval.

The right is reserved, as the Town of Prentiss may require, to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in

the bids received.

This project is subject to the requirements of the Davis-Bacon Act, as amended. The Contractor is required to comply

with wage and labor provisions and to pay minimum wages in accordance with the schedule of wage rates

established by the United States Department of Labor.

The Town of Prentiss, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42

USC §§ 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders or offerors that it will affirmatively ensure

that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, [select disadvantaged business enterprises or airport

concession disadvantaged business enterprises] will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to

this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for

an award.

Award of contract is also subject to the following Federal provisions:
