    NOTICE TO PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS
    The North Carolina Department of Transportation is requesting bids for the following project in Division
    One:
    DA00681 –Runway Pavement Rehabilitation at the Billy Mitchell Airport (HES) in Dare County for
    the NCDOT Division of Aviation
    WBS Element: 36244.73.1.1
    The Date of Availability for this Contract is August 3, 2026.
    The Contractor will have 75 Consecutive Calendar Days to complete the work.
    There is NO MBE/WBE Goal for this project.
    Any firm that wishes to bid as a prime contractor shall be prequalified as a Bidder or PO Prime Contractor
