Project Description: Department of Aviation is in need of having its friction tester serviced as well as having the equipment calibrated. This friction tester is needed to assess runway traction for airport operations at the Dallas Love Field terminal. Love Field is using RT3 Flight for Continuous Friction Measuring Equipment (CFME), as mandated by FAA regulations.
