2026 Run Bentonville Hoodies - Run Bentonville Half Marathon

The City of Bentonville, Arkansas is accepting formal, sealed bids from the purchase and delivery of finisher hoodies for the 2026 Run Bentonville Half Marathon, with an approximate total of 4,500 hoodies (four thousand five hundred) custom athletic styled hoodies, as described in the Bidding Documents and as approved by the City, to present to finishers of the 2026 Run Bentonville Half Marathon. Samples of the proposed hoodie type are required to be submitted with Bid Submission or received by the Purchasing Department within five (5) business days from the date of the Bid Opening, for the City’s evaluation. Final award and selection will be based on the lowest, most responsive, and responsible submitted Bid which meets the City’s standards and needs for the 2026 Half Marathon, for the City of Bentonville Parks and Recreation Department.
