The City of Bentonville, Arkansas is accepting formal, sealed bids from the purchase and delivery of various 2026 Run Bentonville Half-Marathon and Race Series Finisher Medals, with an approximate total of 16,450 (sixteen thousand four hundred fifty) finisher medals and 900 (nine hundred) age group medals ordered at various times throughout the year. Final award and selection will be based on the lowest, most responsive, and responsible submitted Bid which meets the City’s standards and needs for the 2026 Half Marathon, for the City of Bentonville Parks and Recreation Department.
