Project Description: The Project includes the following Work:
Work of the Project includes development of four residential wells. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, services, testing, and incidentals to complete all Work required by these Specifications and as shown on the Drawings and shall have experience with well development.
Estimated Cost Range:
Owner anticipates that the Work’s total bid price will be under $350,000.
Anticipated Schedule:
The Project has an expected substantial completion date of 8/31/2026 and final completion date of 10/31/2026.
Award Statement:
Award will be based on the total of all items listed on the Bid Form.
