Commercialization of the Bioelectronic Interface to Sensory Cortex wireless subdural interface device.



SOW Tasks:




  1. Program Management

  2. Hire an Embedded Entrepreneur

  3. Define & Validate the Commercial Opportunity(ies). “Value Proposition”

  4. Develop/Execute a Commercialization Strategy

  5. Develop a Regulatory Strategy

  6. Develop/Execute a “Go to Market Plan”

  7. Create a Development Plan for a Minimum Viable Product (MVP)

  8. Fundraising plan and a pitch deck

  9. Transfer of post-processing from Lincoln Labs to commercial foundry
