Scope of Services
NSBU is seeking Design-Build services for the installation of an approximately 5.5 mile blend of greenfield and brownfield 115kV single circuit transmission line and Optical Ground Wire (OPGW) between Airport Substation and Field Street Substation. The route and siting studies have been completed as well as public outreach, and the final route has been determined. DBC must confirm during early design that the transmission line structure may be placed within Florida Department of Transportation`s Right of Way.
