RSOQ - Price Agreements for Special Inspection and Testing Services

Clean Water Services (District) invites qualified firms or individuals to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) to be considered for the award of a Price Agreement in the following category:
• Special Inspection and Testing Services
A description of the services included in the category and the SOQ requirements and timelines are in District’s Request for Qualifications (RFQ) document. Interested consultants must submit an SOQ to be considered. The intent is to enter into multiple Price Agreements for the category. SOQs are to be submitted electronically to Michelle Mann, Procurement Specialist, via Equity Hub’s Bid Locker (Bid Locker) at https://bidlocker.us/details/4589 by 2:00:00 p.m. PST, on December 12, 2024. Before a SOQ is submitted, you will need to register with Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/Home/bidlockerus. There is no cost to register. District will not accept SOQs by mail, facsimile or email. Late SOQs will not be accepted or considered for award by District.
The RFQ document may be downloaded from Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/details/4589. It is a proposer’s responsibility to refer daily to Bid Locker’s website to check for any available amendments or addenda, response to inquiries or questions, cancellations, or notices of intent to award, and any and all information regarding this opportunity. It is not District’s responsibility to notify participating proposers by email or by any other means of any of the above. District may reject any SOQ not in compliance with all prescribed procedures and requirements, and may cancel this solicitation or reject, for good cause, any or all SOQs upon a finding that it is in the public’s best interest to do so.
