RR26-29 Large Capacity Washing Machine/Extractor Replacement(s)

Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing
Conducting Procurement Unit: Department of Veteran Military Affairs (VMA)
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract/Purchase Order to provide: 2 New Large Capacity Washing Machines (105Lbs)
Mandatory Site Visit: Tuesday May 12th at 1pm local time (Late arrivals will not be approved to attend or be permitted to submit a bid.
Location of Mandatory Site Visit: 1551 North Main Street, Payson, UT 84651
*Please enter through main doors and meet in main lobby prior to 1pm. Site visit will commence promptly at 1pm.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the number of contract awards is: Lowest responsive and responsible bidder will be awarded
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for completion of project
