RR25-42 Camp Williams Targeted Grazing Project

Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing Conducting Procurement Unit: Utah Army National Guard (UTARNG)
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide:a targeted reduction of fine fuels (grasses and forbs) via cattle grazing within Camp Williams. This contract is subject to the availability of funds. The objective of this future contract is to reduce wildfire hazards (ignition and spread) on the Camp Williams site.
Mandatory Site Visit: There will be a Mandatory Site visit taking place on February 18th, 2025 at 9:00 am. The meeting place for this site visit will be 17800 Redwood Road, Building 3010, Bluffdale Utah.
• Site Visit Location – 17800 Redwood Road, Building 3010 Bluffdale Utah 84065 • Any individual that plans to attend the site visit SHALL email Ryan Reeder (rreeder@utah.gov) by February 13th 5:00 pm to be added to the Security List.
• A valid Driver's License will be required to enter Camp Williams. The list of attendees will be limited to only those that meet the deadline for emailing names to be added to the Security List.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the number of contract awards is: Lowest Responsible and Responsive bid.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for 1 year (1 yr)
