Project Description: The City of Tempe is seeking quotes from qualified vendors for the purchase and delivery of a rowing barge designed to provide a stable training platform for rowing instruction and practice. The rowing barge shall be a stable floating platform equipped with sliding seats and riggers, allowing rowers to practice proper rowing stroke technique in a controlled and stable environment.
