ROW Acquisition and Relocation Services for Local, State, Federal and FTA Funded Projects

Project Description: The City of Charlotte (City) plans to contract with multiple firms for a minimum period of up to (3) years with one (2) year renewal option to provide real estate right-of-way acquisition and relocation services (Services) for unspecified projects (Projects), which could include locally-funded projects, as needed. Services include acquiring all the property rights required for the Project consisting of fee total take parcels, fee partial take parcels, permanent easements and temporary construction easements. In addition, the selected firm will participate in all necessary residential, business and personal property relocations required for the Project, which may include items such as business signs, private utilities, fences, etc. The City is seeking firms whose combination of experience and expertise will provide timely, cost-effective services to the City.
