Title: Routine and Inventory Bridge Inspections for 2025 and 2026

Miami County is seeking price proposals from KDOT pre-qualified firms to provide Routine and Inventory Bridge Inspection Services. One firm will be selected to perform biennial bridge inspection services for 237 NBI bridge length structures and Inventory Inspection (Unit Price) during calendar years 2025 and 2026. The selected firm will provide all necessary items required by Miami County, KDOT and the FHWA for inspection, evaluation, reporting, digital pictures, scour analysis, and load rating evaluation.
Miami County is also seeking an alternate price proposal from KDOT pre-qualified firms to provide Inventory Inspection Services for 2,717 Culverts and Short Span Structures during calendar years 2025 and 2026. The selected firm will provide all necessary items required by Miami County Road and Bridge including inspection, evaluation, reporting, critical finding reviews , scour assessments and digital pictures.
Work is expected to begin in May 2025.
