Route 20 Corridor Engineering, Planning, and Implementation Services

Through this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) procurement process the Town of Wayland, acting through the Town Manager, invites qualified consulting firms from Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) prequalified Engineering Consulting firms (the Consultant) to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) to provide engineering, planning, and implementation services for the Route 20 corridor.

The Town of Wayland, in accordance with M.G.L. c. 30B, § 1, is not required to follow statutory bidding procedures when soliciting engineering services, however in the interest of transparency and good governance, the Town will solicit a minimum of three written proposal submissions. The Town will select the Consultant/Contractor who submits a responsive and responsible proposal and meets the qualifications and standards requested in this RFQ.  The Town of Wayland reserves the right to make determinations regarding the responsiveness and responsibility of bidders, cancel or amend this solicitation at any time, waive informalities, reject any and all proposals, and take any other action deemed to be in the best interest of the Town in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
