This solicitation is being made pursuant to the M/WBE Small Purchase Method, Section 3-08 of the New York City Procurement Policy (PBB) Rules. This procurement is exclusively for the City Certified Minority and Woman Owned Business (M/WBEs).

The Office of Chief Medical Examiner (OCME) is seeking proposals from qualified MWBE contractors for new 13th floor office spaces construction services, for a Firm Fixed Price to include but not limited to all labor, all parts, all materials, all tools, all equipment, all supervision, all related services, incidentals and all related items necessary to complete the requested services as per the specifications contained in this solicitation.
