Description: The US Army Contracting Command-Redstone, Operations, Services, & Training Division, plans to obtain information to serve as market research to help a requirement to identify potential sources that can provide one (1) Rough Terrain Stacker or equivalent for the new lab to load and unload shipments off of a semi-trailer. USATA is currently borrowing a fork truck but will soon not be an option once USATA is moved to a new laboratory. which will be used to increase the workload. The equipment shall be delivered to TMDE Support Center (TSC) Rock Island. The Rough Terrain Stacker or equal to shall include the following:
