Rotary Chairs

Request for 250 Rotary chairs, meeting the following specifications:

        The headrest must include three way adjustable pivoting with ability to be installed or removed at the

client’s location.

        Please provide a photo and detail documentation of product being offered with your bid submission.

        The proposed chair must be rated to 350lbs capacity.

        The lumber support must be height and depth adjustable independent of the chair back angle adjustment

        Arm pads must have at minimum 3” of lateral movement inward and 360 degree swivel movement

        Fabric on the seat and backrest must be upholstered with air breathability – documentation must be

provided to support this.

A contracting officer can use limited tendering for specific reasons outlined in the applicable trade agreements. The reason for this contract is described below:
