The project location is: Near 600 Rossi Road, St. Helena. This project consists of removing an existing soil/rock crossing and supplying and installing a new 130-foot-long prefabricated bridge. The installation of cofferdams, soil/rock excavation, off haul to a licensed disposal facility, concrete demolition, regrading, construction of temporary shoring for the bridge launch, launching the new bridge, construction of concrete backwalls, paving new approaches and planting is needed.

Engineer's estimate: $1,000,000.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project consists of removing an existing soil/rock crossing and supplying and
