Rosemount Products and Cla-Val Products

Sarasota County intends to renew a sole source procurement with Fluid Control Specialties, LLC for the provision of Rosemount products and Cla-Val products.

In the event respondents demonstrate the ability to supply the same or substantially similar products and/or services, the County may, in its sole discretion, elect to cancel this sole source and advertise a competitive solicitation.

Per correspondence from Rosemount, Inc., dated January 1, 2025, Rosemount Inc is working with Fluid Controls Specialties as the sole Municipal Representative/ Distributor in the Water and Wastewater markets for the State of Florida. Also, per correspondence from Cla-Val Company, dated February 5, 2025, Cla-Val Company has appointed Fluid Control Specialties, LLC as the exclusive Sole Source, Sales Agent and its representative for the sales of standard products sold under the trade name of Cla-Val in connection with valves and controls for the Florida Market, excluding the panhandle region.

Any vendor who believes they can provide the goods and/or services described in the attached sole source documentation should respond to this ISS by the date specified.
