Rosebud Infrastructure Upgrades: Excavation, Pavement, Concrete, Water and Sanitary Sewer Works

Subgrade Excavation, granular base course, asphalt concrete pavement, concrete works, sanitary sewer extension, service connection and other work located in the Hamlet of Rosebud.

Bidders must submit the section entitled “Tender Forms,” in addition to all Addenda as
issued by Sedulous Engineering Ltd. (Sedulous).

All enquiries shall be made via email only and shall identify “Attention: Tender # PW202618– Wheatland County Rosebud Improvements” in the e-mail subject line.

Each tender must be accompanied by tender security in the form of a bid bond, certified cheque, money order or a bank draft equal to 10% of the tender amount.

The successful Bidder shall deposit with the Owner, at the time of signing the Contract, the following
bonds:
a) a Performance Bond in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the agreed Tender price, covering the faithful performance of the Contract.
b) a Labor and Materials Payment Bond in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the agreed Tender price.
Both bonds shall be issued by the same Surety Company licensed to do business in the Province wherein the Work is located.
