Room Accommodation and Conference Package for the Southeast Asia Maritime Law Enforcement Initiative Commanders’ Forum in Manila City

This solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Manila, Philippines will release a solicitation for the Room Accommodation and Conference Package for the Southeast Asia Maritime Law Enforcement Initiative Commanders’ Forum in Manila City.

The Government plans to issue the solicitation on or about 1st week of August 2025. The quotation due date will be set forth in the solicitation.

The Government intends to award the contract/purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract/purchase order based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract/purchase order will be firm fixed price.

All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. This opportunity allows for electronic responses. Please submit your offer via email to ManilaPurchasing@state.gov prior to the response date and time. It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; in MS-Word 20007/2010 or MS-Excel or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 10 MB. If the file size should exceed 10 MB, the submission must made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 10 MB each.
