Placer County Procurement Services is soliciting competitive bids for the on-call, as-needed maintenance service and repairs for five (5) Placer County rooftop and solar shade structure photovoltaic (PV) systems on behalf of the Department of Facilities Management. This solicitation shall result in the award of a Supplier Contract to one or more contractors in the maximum aggregate annual amount of $50,000 for an approximate initial one-year term with possible annual renewals. The County does not guarantee any minimum or maximum quantities that will be purchased or minimum or maximum dollar amounts to be spent throughout the term of the resulting agreement(s).
