Formal bids for Rooftop Replacement at River Gate Elementary, 15340 Smith Road, Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, North Carolina will be received by the Owner at 3301 Stafford Drive, Charlotte, NC 28208 until February 2, 2026. Bids are due by 11:00 AM. The General Contract scope of work entails – Roof Top Unit Replacement of nine RTUs and, will require disconnecting and reconnection of Direct Digital Control interface to existing units. Bids will be due by mail or hand delivered only to 3301 Stafford Drive, Charlotte, NC 28208 NLT 11:00 AM on February 2,2026 at which time they will be publicly opened.
