The City of Maple Ridge (the “City) requests Quotations from experienced and qualified firms to for the replacement of an end-of-life rooftop dehumidifier as specified in Appendix A, at the Golden Ears Winter Club, located at 23580 Jim Robson Way, in Maple Ridge, BC.

The work generally consists of the decommission, removal and legal disposal of the existing dehumidifier, supply and installation of a new similarly-sized unit, and all associated requirement such as crane or lift services, traffic control, curb and roofing, gas/electrical/plumbing, and obtaining any necessary permits.

The successful Contractor must have demonstrated experience with similar commercial refrigeration dehumidifier projects and ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards for the work.
