A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on February 11, 2026, starting promptly at 9:00 a.m. Interested Parties are asked to meet at the building entrance at 2525 28th St, Boulder, CO 80301. The County will host a one-hour meeting on site for potential contractors to allow the opportunity for site assessment. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to sign in. Bids from firms not represented and signed in at the mandatory, pre-bid meeting, and site visit will not be accepted.

Background:

Boulder County Building Services (BCBS), a Division of Public Works, acting as the General

Contractor, is requesting Bids from qualified contractors for a roof replacement at the Boulder

County 28th Street Community Hub. Contractor shall provide a total “turnkey” project including

all necessary equipment, materials, and installation services; please reference the BID Information

sheet for more details. The project site is at 2525 28th St, Boulder, CO 80301. The project is

expected to begin in the second quarter of 2026 and be completed by the end of 2026.

Instructions:

Boulder County uses a Boulder County Euna (formerly Bonfire) portal for accepting and

evaluating proposals digitally:

● To receive any questions or inquiries

● To issue any associated addenda

● To post award notices

Proposals must be submitted electronically on or before the Close Date at Boulder County Euna

(formerly Bonfire) portal.

Important: Submissions will not be accepted by email, fax or hand-delivery; unless

otherwise noted.

Documents should not be embedded within uploaded files, as the embedded files will not be

accessible or evaluated.

communications by any other means, except as specifically stated in this proposal.

Addendum:

At any time prior to the Close Date, Boulder County may alter, clarify, amend, delete or add to, in

whole or in part, any terms or provisions of this proposal.

In order to afford the Bidders a reasonable time for taking into account a material amendment

(the materiality of which Boulder County in its own discretion may determine) or for any other

reason, Boulder County may, at its own discretion, extend the Close Date.
