Roofing Replacement Project at Herndon MS

Project Description: You are invited to submit an electronic bid for the following: Furnish all labor and materials for the Roofing Replacement Project at Herndon Middle School, in accordance with specifications and drawings available for pick-up at the mandatory pre-bid meeting.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held August 12, 2025*, at 10:00 a.m. at Herndon Middle School, 901 Locust Street, Herndon, VA 20170. Contractors shall meet in the Lobby of the buildings front entrance to sign the meeting roster. NO ONE WILL BE ADMITTED AFTER 10:05 A.M. Bidders who do not attend the pre-bid meeting will not be permitted to submit a Bid. A Bid submitted by a Bidder who did not attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting will not be eligible for award.
